I decided to blog about our 12 weeks. It will be interesting to read about it later- I think. Today I am sore, we did upper body wo on Saturday with free weights--we only used the 5 pound weights, that is the most weight that we could both lift. It was challenging. The wo lasted 1 hour - 45 min of free weights according to the book, then we added 100 crunches on the big wo ball and about 6 min of spinning (very boring).
Today we have plans for 10 am, only cardio today. Later I am going grocery shopping to plan out my meals for the next week. Although I am sore, I feel better about moving towards a more healthy lifestyle. :-)
