We read more of the book on Thursday and then followed the cardio suggestions that day. We didn't make it to the gym on Friday--we decided to read more of the book.
On Saturday we went to the gym. At first we thought it had closed early...lights were out, door locked...then after a bit the sole trainer opened the doors. The gym was empty--except for us. This turned out to be a good thing because we used the book as a guide and figured out what to do without others watching.
